Is this normal with the car?

On a road trip with the car, never driven so many highway miles with it before - getting a bit of wind whistle by my ear at around 70-75mph. (All windows shut and double checked etc).
Normal? Or check the door seals/alignment?

I heard this was caused by the drivers side mirror, I don't have this issue though.

My wife drives a 535i so slightly different but for what it's worth, we've never experienced that noise.
