07 M5 manual pros/cons?

Hey guys. I was looking at a manual 2007 M5...could you give me the pros and cons of the car? I am familiar with most BMWs but M5s I just do not know to much about and want to see if the car is worth buying.

it has about 40k miles on it listed for around $35k. Anything I should look out for specifically in the M5 or the MY 2007?

Make sure it has a warrantee ( a long one) and full service history they do have lots of expensive problems. Good luck
