2014 M5 - Sales Price

Thanks to all the board members past few weeks posting on the lease process and pricing info.

So the deal I have in hand is MSRP $109,425. Sales price of $100,750.

YAY or NAY?

Dealer wants to move quick...like today. Let me know your thoughts. Thanks!

price seems decent. are you planning to lease or purchase?
(If you're planning on the lease, you have a lot more things to think about than just purchase price).

I am getting "only" $7,000 off mspr $116,500 here in Dallas.

Just started to negotiate.

How is this M5 equipped? Are you leasing?

Nah, you can do better. If it's a 2014 M5 sitting on the dealer lot today, you can do better. The 2015 M5's will be on showroom floors next month so dealers really want to move their inventory and get them off their lots. I'd settle for no less than 12% off MSRP. My sweet spot would be at about 14-15% off MSRP. That's just me though. Also another good strategy is to wait until the last day of this month, June 30th. You'll really have the dealers nuts in a vice then, as they always try to do whatever they can to squeeze out last minute sales numbers before the monthly sales report goes out to BMW Gmbh.

Lease. Max MSD, $0 cap reduction. Inception fees, 1st + MSD due.

B&O, Driver, Exec, Light, 20"

My initial thoughts were to wait until end of the month which is also end of 2Q.

What is dealer invoice on the car? I was able to get dealer invoice and you may be able to get below that if there are any dealer incentives.

I would wait until end as well.
I got my mb c63 for about 14./' off the price. It was last car on the lot, end of month.

Like some members stated here 2015 m5 will start hitting the lots and I feel like you should get about 12./' to 15 ./' off msrp.

Just be patient.

I saved on all of my cars because I was not picky on the color and options. Sure I want red car but if silver was 10k cheaper I went for it.

I also went to every single dealer in 150 mile radius. Lol

Mid 99s. Didn't want to wait any longer. Had the silver trim interior and came into port on the 25th so pulled the trigger.
