Holy crap ! What the heck happened ? That looks like $5K in damage alone. Entire front fender.

You only had the car for couple of weeks. Damn !

Wife's sister's daughters? How old were they? In any case, damage isn't TOO extensive, but still a pain to deal with. Sorry to hear about that though

I don't have to worry about any costs to repair the car because the accident was not my fault at all...... only external (bumper lights water jet nozzle camera) damage will cost 5k and after the accident, the temperature rose more than before and car sounds louder when it is idling............... well will get this fixed anyways

She made left turn to enter the mall(heading north) and couldn't see me coming(3rd lane, was open all the way) because her visions were blocked by heavy traffic with buses(1st and 2nd lane) which were yielding to her to enter the mall...

sorry about your luck, make sure you go to a good shop that can match the paint perfectly on that new bumper.

That sux. I see that all the time when someone yields to me wanting to turn in but I can't see the other lane of oncoming traffic due to them.

getting it done at Mister John collision repair in North York
they are in the business for 35 years and all the exotic high end cars are being repaired there. I dropped my car there today and its facility and people seemed very professional.

At first glance, the mechanic told me what need to be done, which I had in my mind.

Once the car gets repaired, I will let Toronto people know. But as of my first impression, I have the feeling that I will be very pleased with their service.

Mister John is just average body shop. I know Autohaus sent all their cars there. If you have a choice, go to European Auto Body (Maranello's recommended shop, as they do Ferrari, McLaren, BMW, etc). The best of the best and since you are not paying, that's where I suggest you to get it done.

Note: I have a very minor paint job done @ Mister John about 5 years ago, their paint job is not up to par and after a short while, the paint cracked and begin to peel.

Mister John's was recommended by many and all the Lambos and Bentlys seems being sent there to be repaired there.
they offer lifetime warranty on their service so if your paint is peeling, just take it to them.

Also BMW Autohaus is not sending their BMWs there anymore because they cost too much, I found this facility on my own with search and referrals by collision reporting centre people, police officers, and towing people.

Lets see how they do their job
if you are 100% sure and guarantee why not call European Auto and tell them to take care of but I'm exhausted today for reporting, claiming, and etc.

need some drinking!

If Mister John has not started the job, then tell them to hold off for a day or two.
Contact your insurance company and discuss of bringing your car to anther APPROVED & CERTIFIED shop for repair, if insurance agrees, then call up European Auto Body to discuss your situation. If they agree to do the work, then call up Mister John and have the job cancel and take your car back and head over to E.A.B. (which is only about 10km further west).

It amazes me that someone would go to a non certified and factory approved repair center.

It's also impressive how many independent shops are factory certified in Toronto. Here only the M-Certified BMW dealers have BMW factory approved and certified repair shops. That said the best repair shop in South Florida is one of the Lexus dealers - they have some impressive equipment.

I can tell you another good body shop in Toronto if need be - but if John's is good and your happy, just let them repair it. Good time to put on any aftermarket carbon fiber stuff...
