Here is a quick pic. Cohiba is such a hard color to capture. Need to photograph it in low light conditions without a flash to capture the true color. Here is a picture with a flash that I have darkened and I think is pretty damn close to Cohiba.

IB is clearly blue. No confussion possible with black, even in low light conditions.

i fell in love with Tanzanite Blue the last year at BMW Welt when i saw a 335i with Cohiba individual interior and TB exterior. Great combo!

I have a few bits coming from iND.
My dealer is going to sell the interior CF trim at cost, due to the wrong trim being ordered. It was a simple mistake, I sent an email requesting the trim to be changed and it was missed.

Cohiba has been discontinued on the M5’s. For 2013 it was an individual option, isn’t even offered now.

It gets dark by 3pm over there? We are visiting Jasper a the end of this month and I am planning on boarding for a week. Any feedback?

Yeah, around Dec 21st it is dark by 3:30-4:00pm. End of January sunset will be around 5:30pm. Probably dark around 6-6:30pm. Trade off is in the summer there is still a sliver of light 11pm+ on a clear night.

Looks like you are going to hit good weather towards the end of the month. You're lucky! Jasper is one of the most beautiful places on the planet. Enjoy!

Meh, doesn't really matter. It would be a 2014 model whether I got it now or 3 months from now. I wanted to trade in my other M5 while I could still get something for it which in the end I got a pretty good deal and my other M5 was going to be parked come October so instead of sitting on it I traded it in.

Coming back to this thread, I have to lament about how terrible it is that the F8x will have no classy exterior color darker than SSII. No Interlagos, no LeMans, no Space Gray, no Jerez Black and nothing from the past like Carbon Black. For all the love Sakhir gets on this forum, the first time I saw it in person was at M school and I've seen it outside of there exactly once.

Porsche nickels and dimes with the best of them and I guess if BMW wants to position M at that level, they're learning a trick or two from them as well.

Does anyone know if going individual would delay a day 1 F82 ED?

Individual options adds several weeks depending on what you ask for. My car was a little over 4 months from when the order was accepted to delivery.

Agree with Northern that it can vary and depends on how individual you go; some Indy colours can add no time to std build, just depends on how lucky you get with others wanting cars in the same colour and AG are ready to do a batch. My last 2x Indy painted cars added no time to order, but then they were both a colour that was readily available on that production line. You will not know until you've placed the order. Personally I would rather have it in the colour I wanted over having it 'first'.
