Avant wheels

Ok, so after the installation of my wheels (Advant 310) I am sad to say that I am VERY disappointed in them.. I have taken it to the tire shop 3 times and they can't get them to balance.. I am running a Bridgestone Tire ( Re760) and they are willing to replace the tires but, I am about to tell them to remove and refund.. Thoughts?? (I know it is a cheap wheel, no need to tell me. ha)

Avant Garde wheels?

They're garbage. I'd try to get a refund.
