Guys with 21" rims: what are your offsets?
I'm leaning towards this new line of Work wheels called the Gnosis FCV, and they offer any offset I want so I'm wondering what offsets you guys are running.
I'd like the wheel to be completely flush with the fender with 265/30/21 and 305/25/21 tires. I'm trying to figure out what's the lowest offset I can run without any rubbing. I'm also planning a slight drop with Eibach ProKits. So please post up your wheel widths and offsets! Thanks! |

Spacers to change the offset of a wheel allow the wheel manufacturer to make one wheel, and have it work on multiple vehicles. IOW, there is no one offset or spacer width that works for any one vehicle. Without knowing the exact wheel/tire and vehicle spec...anything is a guess. You may also find the wheel will not fit, regardless. It's not the diameter of the wheel, it's where they designed the hub in relation to the width. There is no standard, but you can get a good idea what should fit by seeing what BMW offers as options, and comparing their offsets to the one in question.

Work CV-201's 21*9.5 +25, 21*10.5 +28 I ordered a set of FCV-04 +21 & +25 I have been running a set of 20" FCV02 on my G37 for a few years now. I think the offset will fit nice... Its like pulling teeth getting people to reveal offsets on this forum.

I don't think they're using spacers... usually wheel companies don't use them when showcasing the rims on cars. Not sure of the offsets but those offsets wouldn't work anyway on the F10. |

21" vs 20" makes no difference as long as you use lower profile tires with 21" to keep the rolling diameter the same - which you should. If you plan to increase the rolling diameter, expect different results. You'll need higher offsets to tuck them under the fenders. I'd add at least 3-4mm.
