RPM Blip in 6 Gear

Is this normal. I just noticed it the other day. Happens in M Mode when in 6 Gear and pushing the gas peddle down.

I have a BMS Stage one tune on the car. The only thing I could think of is turbo lag for a second ?

Could be the clutches just balancing the rpm increase to keep the car from bucking

That could also be slipping clutches. When you load the car up like that in 6th gear and apply 600 plus ft/lbs of tq at low rpms, you can overwhelm the DCT clutches. I could be wrong.

Upon watching it again it could also be the car switching from EFFICIENT mode to Sport Plus. I get a surge like that too. That was just a tad delayed. Can you make that happen without switching? In fact the other day my wife asked me 'what was that' when I switched during her makeup routine lol...

This was my thought as well.
What settings do you have saved for your M-mode.
Try switching from default mode to "M-mode" with whatever settings are saved in other gears also.

It only happens when in I switch modes. In normal driving its fine. So looks to be what your saying that its delayed from switching modes.
I had it in Sport Plus today its does some serious pops when shift from first to second. Much louder then 2013 M5 maybe its the BMS extra Boost!
