Up for lease assumption is the 2014 BMW M5. I got the car in March 2014. it is a 36 month 10K per year lease. My payment is low $998 for a M5 with Executive Package. There is a $7000 multiple security deposit paid upon transfer which BMW will refund at end of the lease. Mileage now is at 11032 and it is a Daily driving car so mileage will increase.

Car will come with Front Splitter, BMW Black Grill, IND Black Side Grill, BMW Front and Rear M Sticker, BMW M Performance Side Sticker, BMW Competition Black tip, OEM Style Carbon Spoiler, Challenge Rear Diffuser and H&R 12mm spacer all around. I have all original parts.

I remember all it has was executive package and the regular standard options. Msrp was $103,xxx. Payment include tax already. The $7000 deposit is actually the security deposit which you will get back from BMW at end of the lease. Thanks!!

Bump. Low payment under 1k include sales tax. 7k deposit will be refund by BMW at end of the lease. Got over 1k miles per month left over.
