2013 BMW M5 Lease Quote - Is this a good deal?

Hi guys,

I'm looking at trying to get a (leftover) 2013 M5. Below are the terms... please let me know if you think this is a good deal because I need to make a decision soon. Thanks!

Term 3 years / 10,000 miles per year
Out of Pocket $1,280 (first month's payment)
Residual 57%
MF 0.00140 (this looks like it is marked up by half a percent)
MSRP $101,250
Selling Price $94,500
Discounts applied about $2,250 (BMS FS returning customer, Drive event, BMW NA loyalty)
Monthly Payment $1,280

Is that payment including sales tax? Is $94500 already taking into account the $2250 in rebates?

What is the BMW FS returning customer? Isn't that the same thing as BMW loyalty (which requires you to be former BMW FS customer)?

Yes, the payment includes taxes. I am trading in another vehicle and getting tax credits in the amount of the trade (about $53k) and paying taxes on the remaining balance (94.5k - 53k).

You are correct re: the BMW FS loyalty; I was not clear on the wording.

I think you can get better IMHO. Ask them to adjust the MF and come lower on the final selling price to $2k to $3k under invoice.

pochesq - I know you got a killer deal on your M5, but I haven't heard of anyone getting anything close to the deal you got. $2-3K below invoice is alot!

TX1SERIESM - I think you can get a little more off the selling price of the car and should be able to get no markup on the MF. I think what you got is a great start

Thanks for the feedback. I will do the numbers to see how much the additional money factor mark up affects the overall payment.

Anyone else have any feedback?

There is a deal at center BMW in LA under specials. 36/10 108k car 9k driveoff $957 per month. It is a spectacular deal imho. I got 9.5K off of msrp 30 days ago but this is way better i think.

Of course the same dealership I got my M5. Go to Center BMW in Sherman Oaks and ask for Dana Rogers. Always monitor their website for specials. Good luck M3m3m3. I know you've been looking for a minute now.

Greg Poland @ Pacific in Glendale where I purchased 3 BMWs already. I actually stopped at Center once but the internet manager was very rude to me and insisted that I close the deal right that minute or he will raise the price by $50 tomorrow. I walked away but I do have to say that once in a while they have great deals

Greg at Pacific is great! He is a straight shooter and will tell you if he can beat a deal or not. Before I pulled the trigger I called Greg and he told me to RUN to the other dealer to get the car since he couldn't touch the deal!
