tyre puncture at highway, tyre pressure sensor not working

I was traveling at 170km/h, the car starts to slowly pull to the left, and get stronger and stronger, it was at least 40 seconds until I felt I cannot control the car, then I pull over to the side.

thank god the tyre didn't deflate at once, but shouldn't the tyre pressure monitor alert me in time? anyone experience this? I start to think there's no sensor installed at all, I'm running PSS for two years, 25K kilometer, 35psi all four wheels

horrible experience, any suggestion?
