Simple solution.. If your car is properly detailed (ex: clayed and sealed), then just use double stick tape. When you need to remove.. the tape will peel right off. Just use enough and buy the correct 3M tape.

We all use it to mount our laser jammers.

I agree. This is the way to go. You can also install it under the front bumper. Most of the time police don't care about a front plate. If you ever get stopped just press the switch on the remote and the plate will be there when he does the walk around.

I think you'd be crazy to attach a front plate in the USA.

Stealth in most states you have no choice but to mount a plate. Here in tx as long as one is visible it's ok. Some people put them on their dashboard. Tacky but not for me. Sometimes you'll get a warning others a citation. But I don't like putting holes in the car either

I went to home depot and bought suction cups with the little metal hooks, took the hooks out and put the suction cups through the four holes where screws would usually go and slapped it on my bumper. works perfectly

Might as well use the 3m DST most of us use for LI installs. It's good for car molding so it should work for a plate. I could see suction cups giving out in the cold.... That is if you live in the north.

I thought Texas repealed its license plate requirement accidentally last year.

Stealth where do you come up with this stuff? Your brain must be a sponge for everything ! Very wise!

loop hole ended on 1 sept - so says google did not dig further.

As of Sept. 1, 2013, it is required that all registered vehicles, including commercial vehicles, must display both front and rear plates.
