Wow! That's probably about right if you paid MSRP and have high taxes. Not to, rub it in but I'm enjoying my 14 model at 765/month, no money down.

The absolute best time to get a BMW lease is last year's model. For example I bought my 2014 this past February. Received 20% off.

That would mean you acquired "your M5" at about $60,000 or so?
That's what high $700 payments would roughly estimate-correct?

There's a lot more to a lease payment than one variable. My guess is the depreciation fee was extremely low due to a 20% discount yet the residual was still fixed by BMW.

I got it for 87.5k. You can check my other post for exact details, but I think my rates were 60% residual with MF. 00130
