Bad Cigarette Smell and Dust Coming From Vents

I've had my F10 M5 for about a month now. I bought it used, and j still have about 8k in factory warranty. At first the cigarette smell wasn't so bad. I smoke cigars so I thought I'd get used to it, but I live in florida and when it's deathly humid outside (which is almost always) the smell gets way worse and is nauseating! I'm almost disgusted by the smell and dust. I'm not even sure if there's anything the dealer can do from some of the techs I've talked to off the forum.

Not only that, but I feel dust coming out of the air vents. Ive never had this problem before with any of the vehicles I've ever owned. I even left the car on with the A/C on max for about 45 minutes with no positive results.

I turn the air from the outside on several times and it feels as though more dust is coming through.

Any suggestions? I'm almost to a point where I'll bite the bullet and trade it in for a new F10 M5 or M6. I use my vehicle a lot and it's getting to me pretty bad.

Call your local bmw dealership and have you car de-odorized. I believe it costs around 100-300$ depending on how much they have to do

I'm not sure if our cars have in cabin filters but I'd check that out!

I do not smoke (and I don't allow people to smoke in my cars), but I have had vehicles before that commonly experience odor issues due to heavy use of the re-circulation feature.

I've used this product successfully many times. http://www.amazon.com/einszett-96110...uto+ac+cleaner

You might give it a shot and see if it works for you.

I'd stray from the dealer and find a good professional detailer. This is right up their alley. Change out that cabin filter too. It is under the glove box on the passenger side.
