I have not, Im a bit scared to drive the car at the bottoming out level. I might do it when Im parked just to see.

FYI: I was pre lowered manually via sensor adjustment underneath (maybe 25mm down) so If I use the module, I can go to 90mm effectively but the car wont go that low LOL.

Thank you and thanks to all the recent comments.

Its ironic how people are here in the F10 VS Forum act in relation to the F90 where every one (mostly those who dont even have an F90 yet) love to argue yet have zero perspective in ownership of either ride. They live off videos and magazine tests and allow one or two posters to get their panties in a bunch.

I stand by ownership of this car and all the previous when it comes to my thoughts (you wont find me judging the F90 M5... yet because I have not driven it).

Vic, it's been a couple years since I've been on here (was trying on some different cars), but it's evident that the fanboys are prevalent most here. Sometimes I wish people would not get so emotional over the unknown. I've been guilty of bias towards BMW before so I'm not completely innocent, but eventually you've got to swallow some pride and stay quiet.

I always enjoy your posts because I admire your stables, but also appreciate your ability to speak logically, honestly, and provide opinions in a seemingly unbiased fashion.

I am scheduled to test-drive the E63S this weekend - in fact the dealer wanted to 'loan' me the car lol (imagine that!)

The interior from my initial look is amazing and forget the marginal performance difference between the E63S and F90 M5... I may give the E63S a shot!

From a driving perspective, set the suspension to Sport (one light on), the Drive mode to Sport Plus and just leave it in Drive (trust the electronics)... you will enjoy it and the grip. The 9 speed MCT is vastly improved over the prior ones and is very fluid. Its not a true dual clutch but there are days when i swap from my GTS (both are dual clutches along with the R8) and then drive the E63S and cant really discern the differences. I have a feeling you will also love the oem exhaust (if its Performance Exhaust).

Thx - looking forward to the drive. I believe its performance (black tips) exhaust.

I like your seats; that's an option?

The black tips are part of the night styling package, the Performance Exhaust will be known via the msrp sheet and the valve button inside. Yes my seats are an option and are called Performance Seats. They are great if you love driving and turning the car as they really lock you in (better imho than even the 18 way sport seats in the 991 Turbo) but the standard seats are very supportive too and tend to ventilate better.

I'm in love with the S level interior of the E63S! If I had the money I'd be in one in a flash! From various reports of the performance seats they are more comfortable than they look. That would be my choice.

The exterior is pretty bland, but so is the F10, or the F90. But I like that aspect of a car with such performance potential, surprise!

LOL the fanboys on the M5 F90 are getting ridiculous. I love both of these cars. Can't wait about the prospect of owning one of the two (don't care which). I give two shits about brand loyalty, I just buy whatever makes me happy, and my family satisfied. I can't understand what is the difficult in those guys in accepting that the E 63 S is pretty good. The M5 F90 is also an impeccable piece of kit. Like I said, I love both.

I dont know any of the OG's here that have the F90 yet but surely they wont respond like half the mag racers there. There are a few respectable guys that have it but not many (EliteX is all I really know) but the rest just posture without their own car. I still need to drive the F90 before I say anything but even then I it will be with a disclaimer of not owning it.

Yup - the car they had didn't have the performance seats nor the exhaust but overall very impressed.

Power felt good and I drove on Decker/Mulholland for 15 mins and felt very controlled. It drove better than my F10 M5 - not quite the 911 type of rigidity but very confidence inspiring.

The controls and driving positions were fine - not a fan of the gear knob off the steering column though!

The Perf Exhaust would have made you smile further and because I know you like form over comfort, the Perf Seats would have been a plus too. Its quite an amazing car for almost 4600 lbs. Yes its not as taut as the 991.1 or 991.2 but its a sedan and it hides its weight probably better than any car Ive owned and that says alot.
