I would honestly look at the installation of the clutch itself. I would take the time and send the clutch to me to help you. Installation is very important with this clutch. You keep getting errors because something is incorrect. The clutch should adapt the first time every time.

No exceptions....

So was it a fitment issue or programming?

Those little things you never think to check can drive you crazy! The clips are identical except for the thickness? What is the difference in thickness, in mm or inches, whichever you use? The retaining slot was wide enough on both clutches to accept either C clip? If so, that's not a friendly design!

I checked for thickness but i forgot which thiner for clutches 1 and for basket cover
1.6 mm
2.6 mm
Big thickness for clutch 1
And 1.6 for basker cover
I reinstall dct 4 times to check somthing missing with 2 c clips in my hane 😀

This is INCORRECT. The 1.6mm is for the clutch basket.
The 2.6mm is for the clutch cover. Your car will not drive properly if you put the thick snap ring on the clutch basket. The adaptation will no perform correctly because it lessens the clutch travel by 1mm.

Both 1.6mm snap rings are used for the internal clutch baskets. The 2.6mm snap ring is used to hold the entire basket assembly together.

Wheelpro,

I am really not sure how to kindly explain this to you again. We have exchanged roughly 50 emails on this topic. I told you that the picture you are referencing is WRONG 4 TIMES NOW. Use the pictures as reference that I have shared with you, again. I am not sure how else to explain this to you. If you don't want to listen to me on how this clutch goes together, then why keep asking?????
