False advertising. Or at the very least deceptive advertising since they leave out that key piece of info.
You still have to unlock the CPU's.

They explained to me in an email that I would have to send them both DME's, so no surprise there.

BPM and Mission already have that capability. They can remote fine tune from anywhere.

Bootmod3 is probably better compared to a Cobb tuning access-port on steroids. I think it will do well I the market. Priced a little high but expected with new stuff.
