I ordered them today via my dealer. What we have checked was rear bumper. If you check from realoem.com, both m5 and non m ones share same rear bumper. I will let you know in 3 weeks.

Please check again if these work (I have access to the ECE catalogue only) but try these two:
51 12 8 038 981 (center part diffusor)
51 12 8 050 480 (rear bumper inlet)

Best regards,
south

Yes, my parts have arrived nearly a month ago, but i have a problem with the exhaust. My F10 has a twin exhaust on the left. My stupid service manager is insisting on if i change exhaust system into quad my warranty on the engine will be void. He would like to use dummy on the right part, and i dont want to. Now, i am trying to get an exact answer from Bmw HQ that if he is saying the truth or not.

Sorry for not replying earlier since my head it full with this annoying detail. Without right exhaust, it will be funny to mount M5 diffuser

I will be posting pictures as soon as the problem will be solved.

Ok so the diffuser fits perfectly?

I know you only have a twin exhaust on the left but is it centered in the diffuser nevertheless?

We just received a F10 M5 diffuser from our pals in Germany. Now we just need a F10 non-M to test fit haha. Diffuser comes primed.

m-sport & m5 rear bumper r exactly the same. (51128048593 w/out pdc - 51128048594 w/ pdc)
so im pretty sure the diff will fit, it has 2, makes no sense otherwise.
also, off-topic, m-sport & m5 sideskirts r also the same. (l: 51778048685 - r: 51778048686)
