The reason why I asked, is because I've seen M5s destroy their axles launching from dig. I also heard from many sources that F10s don't have that much of a strong axles to withstand launch control on modded cars.

Just need to contact DSS for upgraded axles not terribly expensive.

Yes lol hes making enough power to blow the tires off 20'' R888s lol

Mickey Thompson ET Streets are a much better drag tire, track prep helps a ton too. I have no idea what kinda prep he had at his disposal.

Keep in mind these are still DOT approved street tires hes on. These arent hooiser slicks or big tire setups. So defiantly worth noting

Track prep that day wasn't too great - probably why my axles didn't break! At least I was out-launching GTR's on R888's

GTRs are so tune based lol I was trapping 149 with 2.2+ 60fts, changing tire pressure, driver, traction modes, suspension modes, learned it was the way the tuner was protecting the car with low end power on my trans. So he chopped its legs off.


I'm always here if you wanna give it a shot especially in cold lol I can dead hook on asphalt in 25 degree weather lol

I will I'm just waiting for the 2017s to gut their value, hopefully more progress can be made in the tire department and then I'll hop back in the ring with this car, probably pick up a 13' for cheaper than an STI lol at least thats the hope that they're in the 40s
