Need advice on tinting
I have AW M5 and thinking about tinting it. Even though I consider M a no tint car, as M represent Motorsport and there is no tint in racing
Still if you look my car I think it can benefit from light tint, sort of tight it all together. I hear that 3M is the best there is. Questions, what is the lightest % I should go with and what type of 3M do I choose? If look at the both pics the car does look tinted, but its not Big thanks guys! |

I also have 3M Crystalline, which I understand to be the best in the market. I have a CR70 on the windshield, CR50 on the front side windows and CR40 on the rear side windows and rear window. My only regret is that I never didn't any of my cars in the past. I always thought it was just for looks and not for cutting down on UV and heat. It definitely cuts down on the feeling of sun on your skin. I would have gotten a level or two darker on all of the windows if not for it being illegal in CA. I wanted to do something that wouldn't make it really obvious that my front side windows and windshield are tinted. Plus, I keep the window shades up all of the time, which makes the back windows look darker. I am completely satisfied with the ONLY issue being that it's a tiny bit dark when you look out the rear while driving at night with the shades up. But not a big deal at all.
