love the car. not liking the wheels. but again, the car is harkening back to the e39 M5 - slightly more subdued and understated. I love that.

I am disappointed
I don't like the front of the car. The kidney grilles look to pushed out. If this next M3 has this nose on it, it will be bad.

Maybe they'll come out with new wheels for it. I remember the M3 concept was still using the old CSL wheels. These look like painted M6 wheels. Either way, E39 M5 still holds as my favorite one.

they're similar to m6 wheels, but definitely not the same.

Follows the look of the new Z4 a little. I think that is the family nose for now...

Probably right. Looks awfully similiar though. Looks like they're wrapped with the new Michellin Pilot Super Sport tires.

Overall, I like it. I am glad that BMW is trimming the fat with all the new Fxx Chassis and the cars are not as bloated as the E60 and E65/E66.
Not a fan of the black wheels though. It would be nice if the car had better side mirrors as well. M cars always have distinct side mirrors.

diffuser fail...
and the mirrors don't look any different from non M f10 mirrors... regardless of the performance, if you can't get past how it looks....fail...

With all of the spy shots covering a part of the hood i was expecting to see a more pronounced bulge in the hood to set it apart from the base 5 series.. wheels are god awful in my opinion, but im sure they will not be the production wheels..and i was hoping for something a little more streamlined for the mirrors.. im still giving this car hope to see the actual production version..but this wasn't really a turn on for me to see.. yet

Liking the front, not sure about the rear (diffuser?) or perhaps it's because how the boot is shaped? Definitely not liking the rims, they look out of place.
