So Apparently in Miami, a naked man was killed by police after being caught eating the face off of another man in the middle of a busy street. This was pretty damn creepy to read and it made the top story on the Drudge Report with all red caps and everything so you know it is serious.

Naked? Most likely PCP... If that cop was attacked by that guy he probably would have been seriously hurt or killed. Youtube some videos with people on PCP attacking others... its nuts.. fools on PCP are virtually unstoppable.
