Wink m5 lease assumption

Hi folks,

my current lease is almost up. 2-3 months to go. right now, i drive a 2010 m3 vert.

in the meantime i am looking into some alternatives and pricing...

what would be monthly payments for a 2013 m5? 3 years w/12K miles.
or
if you already leased one, what is ur payments and howmuch down u put?

thanks in advance..

It's hard to quote a price if you don't specify how you would spec the car, but at full MSRP with the Exec Package and the 20' wheels, your payment would be around $1,690. Subtract about $30 for every $1k you can negotiate off of MSRP. This will get you in the ballpark +/- a few bucks.

Yes, it includes NJ sales tax and assumes no money is put down.

People can give you their payment level, but honestly it's not that helpful to you unless the car is spec'ed exactly as you would order it and you were able to negotiate the same deal as they got. For example, many people on the board got $1,500 over ED invoice, a deal that is likely not available anymore. These people's payments are likely in the $1,300 to $1,400 range.

actually you are right about that...
options make a big difference on the msrp and that changes the number big time..

but if anybody can give some specs along with some ~ numbers would be helpful...

got a quote $98,895 msrp, invoice is $91655 = my price $92655 + tax & license

$3317 down & $1413.66 (includes 9% tax )@ 36 months 12k miles

what you guys think? that's $1286 @36 months before tax

car only has DCT, executive package and 20" wheels though.. not many options..

I was hoping to get in the $3000 down and $1300 a month range for a more optioned M5.. Possible?

$1,000 over invoice is a pretty good deal. I don't think you'll do much better than that. Even if you were able to get $500 over invoice, your payment would only drop by about $15.

+1. thats a very good deal. only way you will get into that price point you want is to have a dealer sell it for under invoice. prob not going to
