I have coded it but its not functional on the 2014 and down for the M5 only 2015 and on it is. You don't need to stare at it either it logs the the highest HP and TQ.

We had similar problem with 550's.

Let me give a try on my M5.

It can be coded, but will not work. I had it activated on my 2014 M5, but gauges were dead with no info. I had it removed...

Also, while a cool feature it is of little functional benefit. The efficient dynamics display at least lets me see my fuel use, but unless it can track power accurately and store info, what is the point?

1. Memory button says Set for Seats

Gas Guzzler tax is $1000.00 instead of $1300.00

Thats about it.
Was the 2015 you saw a 6MT? Gas Guzzler tax is $1000 on 6MT and $1300 on DCT.

I have the sport displays in my x5 and even after the tune it shows the same numbers. I believe it's vacuum driven so it's not really accurate.

I have a 2015 and it's great. LED is included in the pricing if you get the executive package. No gas guzzler tax for a European Delivery.
Wait. That's interesting. So you pay no gas guzzler for ED? But don't you have to pay that tax at DMV when you register / title the car? Very curious

So Im now in Istep 2.53.4

Sport Gauges dont work. But I did get the Nav updates and if you push the heated steering button it now shows up in dash.

Also the Car drives and shifts much smoother now when drive under normal condtions. Before when shifting in level 2 shift mode it was hitting the gears hard when the car was just driving normal. It still slams the gears under heavy load which is nice!!
