Mike & BPMSport Experience

I just wanted to share a recent example of great customer support from Mike and the BPM team. I purchased his stage II tune for the 2015 M5 I picked up a few months ago. The process of ordering online was very simple and the email directions were very clear and straightforward. The issue came when I went to load the tune and 40% through the software prompted an error and aborted. Needless to say I was a little panicked since my car was totally unusable. I called and emailed Mike and within an hour he called me back. He calmed me down and let me know he could sort it out. He literally took control of my laptop, loaded the tune again, and stayed on the phone for 20-30 minutes with me while the tune successfully loaded this time.

I went from panicked to running around the streets with beast mode all within an hour or two time frame. I think my exact quote to my wife was "I'm glad I did my research and picked the right tuner." For those of you on the fence on which tuner to go with I would heavily consider BPMSport. I will post some dyno numbers and hopefully 1/4 mile times when the weather improves here in Minneapolis.

I have heard great things about this tune... If my deal falls through with my Dinan S-1 piggy I will be giving them a call.

Thanks! We've had a lot of customers switch from the S1 and 2 piggyback to our tune with nothing but positive things to say
