Is this everything needed to retrofit? Does it plug right in or is it missing some parts?

You would need the cable connect the camera to the connect to car and nv camera washer, and program to make it work.

Looks like it doesn't come with the control unit. Do you have that as well?

Looks like a part number specifically for night vision. Thanks for the info. I can't seem to find any instructions on how to retrofit the camera, and I don't know where it would plug in. If I do, I'd definitely be interested in taking this off your hands.

Okay, Please let me know, if you can find the instruction on how to take it off, I will take it off and just give you as the whole package.

Why are you selling? Because you installed the LCI front grilles?

You can keep your NV if that's the case. I found out a way to do so and DrKev was able to do the same.

After all, it is an expensive piece of equipment. When coded right, is double as useful.

Looks like any retrofit would be pretty cost prohibitive according to Shawn. You need the FSC codes:
http://www.bimmerfest.com/forums/sho...275&highlight=

You should just attach the camera to your LCI grill and code it to be useful.

If you need help coding, I can help. I'm in the Seattle area quite a bit.

avlnch posted his DIY here:
http://avlnch.com/aaron/m5post/diy-nv/

All parts are listed there. Looks like you'd need a new left grill for the NV, along with two other parts.

If you end up doing this, I might want to buy your left grill (then I'd buy the right to complete the set.)
