Got a new girl and my wife's not pissed...

No doubt. I was going to say will be good to set up a ride when the weather changes, but this year has been unusually good, early. Let's get together, I think I'm only the third M5 now in western WA, at least that post here. Perhaps a few of the M3/4 folks could join.

So, picked her up tonight. I bought this color without actually seeing one in life. I perused Bing and looked at dozens of pictures and I was a little worried. But, I'm very happy, it's really better than I expected. I was also worried about the black 343M's, but again I think the car looks fantastic in person and really not over the top drug dealer blacked out car. It was a little weird driving it home at first, because the dimensions are so different than my E92 M and felt like I was navigating a panel truck. That is until I stepped on the gas to enter the freeway. The acceleration is just sick! Whole different story than my M3. The hair on my neck stood up... Love it. The interior is gorgeous, seats are awesome and love the thigh bolsters. That's my review after an hour, lol. I have a question though, my drive home is about 8 miles and when I turned the car off the engine fan seemed to stay on for an extraordinary amount of time I thought. Temp gauge was fine. Have you noticed this?
