Virtually invisible when installed

For those that asked- I think it can be installed with your RKP front lip as it does not reach where the lip installs

Does anyone have pix of this with the rkp front lip? I'm wondering if it offers any protection with the lip on, so any close ups that show height would be much appreciated!

My plates do not touch the same contact points as the RKP lip. As seen in the pic above, its completely clear in the middle to fit the lip as well

I have made more sets, so I have them in stock.
Most of the time, I ship same day and if not, the very next morning.

I received a PM from the OP offering me these skid plates. I've never posted on the M5 forum before (I'm an M3/911 guy), but wanted to check to see if anyone knows how these may affect aerodynamics at high speeds? I'm interested and may pull the trigger but wanted to check on this issue first. Thanks to all!

I don't have wind tunnel time to back my statements but I wouldn't worry about negative effects on high speed aerodynamics. I'm tracking my car tomorrow and the idea the skid plates would disrupt handling characteristic never once crossed my mind ( although, maybe I should reserve the right to blame them if I find myself in an off track event ). If anything, the fact the plates fill in the gap between the plastic undercarriage and bumper it might even improve things.

Here are some pics of my car for a visual

Thanks so much for your pics Kevin!
Yes when fitted on, it should reach about the same height as the plastic undercarriage edges.

Safe to say these have been tested (scraped while coming out of friends driveway).
All you do is just take a piece of sandpaper and sand off the bits and it looks new again
