Gt3 with m5

New stablemate just in time for track season. Literally just got it home. Going in for full expel ultimate first thing in the am will post more pics and impressions !!!

few more pics, we spent 3 hours this am correcting the paint making sure it was perfect and then the xpel guys did there thing with a full wrap (xpel ultimate) came out great. anyone in northeast looking for xpel i can connect you with these guys. Followed it up with opti coat on the whole car. It came out really great. Q car care in burlington MA has paint correction dialed in! Figures as i was driving home it started snowing again... hopefully i will be able to drive it soon to give some insight. My initial thoughts are that it is as far away from the m5 as you can get haha its much stiffer than my e92 m3s with similar throttle response. it revs forever! It would be tough to daily drive this thing full time in the city. M5+gt3 best of both worlds!
hopefully spring will come in NE sometime and i can get my HREs on the m5 and actually drive the gt3.

It's just when you polished the cars finish to better than factory. All cars come from the factory with 'orange peel'. Look in the reflection of your paint...straight lines look wavy right? Paint correction fixes that to make them paint more smooth and have am almost mirror-like reflection.

many car paint finishes from the factory are very poor. if you look at a black car there will surely be a bunch a marring and swirling imperfections. the paint also needed to be perfect before installing xpel ultimate paint protection film on the entire car. this stuff is really great for peace of mind,no rock chips or scratched paint and it comes with a 10 year warranty

Congrats---- you will find yourself driving the GT3 for the sound alone; I do. Rip her to 9k rpms daily to ensure your smiles are replicated over and over. Your GT3 is very similar to mine but I have the platinum wheels.

5 is on Dinan sleeve kit and is pretty much all be way down on it. The back is a 1/8 inch up from the lowest setting
