BMW M5 LCI Steering Wheel versus the older fatter ones

Anyone have recommendations here as far as wanting to change out my 2013 wheel to the 2016 one... is it plug and play?

Yes, plug and play.

There is a heap of threads on here detailing the parts required (inc part numbers) and install process as it is a very well trodden path for the pre LCI owners.
