Does the Full Merino Sakhir Orange Leather look too much or cheap

I am interested in ordering my car with the sakhir orange interior and like it but I am not sure if the Full Leather is overdoing and making it look cheap, or do u think the extended leather looks unfinished also I want to have the piano black trim I think it looks great with it.
btw I love the stitching and leather on the dashboard and alcantara headliner

I've seen regular leather coverage in sakhir orange and it looked very fine, very pleasant to hand, gentle and luxury. My car is due on February 14 and I've ordered full merino leather coverage, I'll upload photos here once it's delivered so you can see for yourself.

Full leather disadvantages are that costs it costs +$8000, but added leather is not that much. I'd also be pissed off if a random passenger damages it with his dirty boots and whatnot :P

Look forward to seeing it.

I always wonder how to protect the leather on the dash from UV? Do you treat it like a seat? How often do you seal it, etc.

The doors will certainly be a bigger issue. Always lots of risk of kicking it.

My S-class in Australia has full leather including dashboard. I can't recall ever treating it and after 4 years in our strong sun it looks brand new.

Yeah, my biggest fear is lower parts of the door (where you put maps), those are usually first to wear out due to dirt or due to cleaning the dirt

In my particular order, it's full merino extended leather, alcantara and a nappa leather dash. The best I can think of for the dashboard is a sunshield like

OP, I think the full is awesome. It is rare and really speaks of a bespoke (as one would say in the UK) interior. Its so classy.

I cant afford a Bentley but an M5, yeah I can make that work...
