Congratulations on a great car and a great trip. Brings back memories of my first car, a 1983 VW Rabbit GTi, which was as we all know, the M5 of it's time.
I love the Lake Como area. One of the most beautiful places I've ever been. Best of luck with the new car. |

Wow Beautiful car and nice pictures. Where did you take picture no. 4, 6 & 8?
By the way: In Switzerland you have only to pay a general toll for the autobahn. Not for any tunnels There is an other reason why the traffic was backed up -> I think it´s because the gotthard tunnel has not a separated tunnel for each direction. Since a heavy accident a few years ago, trucks have to keep a distance of at least 200m (when i remember right). So they need there some space to park the trucks by heavy traffic or in vacation time. |

Beautiful pics. Makes me want to go on another ED right now.
The wheels look much better on your car than any other colors I have seen. Now I am starting to like them after seeing your pics. Post more pics.

This is a photo of the car that started the dream for me when I was 11 years old. I knew it was time to pull the trigger and buy the new model when they put that M5 badge back on the front grill.
