BMW USA website

Hello,
Can anyone access the bmwusa website. It is not working for me so i send an email into support and they wrote back that there is a problem, but do not know when it will be working. I did a search and saw that in the past some people were able to access their accounts while others could not. Some said that if they made a new account they could get in.
Tracking my car by calling the 800 number is not nearly as fun as it is on the website.

BMW site seems like working fine at the moment (5:09 pm PST).

They banned you from any type of BMW purchases. Lol

LOL or maybe banned because too much load on their website based on hourly checking.... It happened to me several times ago since I used to check of status (not BMW btw) evry 2-3 hours, then my account was locked for 24 hours

How about the my bmw section, can you log in. If I did not get banned when checking for my last two cars, basically continuous checking, then there is no way i did with this one. I found that the more I checked the faster the car would get here.
I tried to create a new account, but same problem. When I enter my username and pw the site stays on the login page. If I hit the my bmw tab then the page reloads and I can see saved configs to the left. When I click one those, I can a page pop-up with an error.
I was able to enter my vin last week but the site did not have the model name, just the color. Phone line says the car was released to the carrier for transport to the port.

I've been able to log in, but not able to save a configured car.

I've logged in and build a new car then save without any issue.
