How much will it cost?
How much will it cost to rebuild an engine that bend a rod? What are our options out there? I’m at around 750whp with stage 1 turbos , castles dp’s , jb4, bef, intakes , exhaust and Meth. I want to push for more but I want to know what I’m looking at when it goes boom! Lol

This is his new business. There are 3 forum members that I know of with motors from his new place. 2 - S63TU and 1 - S55 I have talked to Steve on multiple accounts, cool person to talk with. His direct number is on his website https://carbahnautoworks.com/product...18-product_cat |

I would contact AutohousFrankfurt in Cali. They have built a few of those motors and for sure know what they are doing.

Steve's new place is Carbahn Autoworks. So far the engine has been solid!

I wonder also, if you just want to build the short block....7-800whp/wtq. Not all of us are reaching for 1000+whp lol.
Source the pistons, rods, bearings, +labor +Mtax =? |

He has two stages... one with pistons and one without. I would think anybody spending on engine removal and disassembly will do the rods. Head-work etc is optional depending on what turbos you plan to use etc.

Agreed, if your spending the money to rebuild the motor (non Stock) it's worth it to do as much as you can while it's out.
