So like the title says I would like some honest suggestions on asking price for this car. Reason being the car as a salvage history, the only reason the insurance company totaled this car was because the motor blew, it only had lower front bumper and oil cooler damage, all the oil came out while motor was still running till it locked. So all I had to do was was replace the oil cooler, motor(used 28k miles)and front bumper which could have been fix but I just bought it new.
this car have all the options except rear entertainment and night vision.
It's a 2014 alpine white with red mint interior with 38k miles currently.
All mods have less than 2k miles
Official Rkp front lip,Rpi scoops,K&N filters
Bmw m performance rear diffuser
Bmw CF shift knob
Brembo rear bbk( no hand break w/ this)
Kw V3 suspension
Evolution race works catless downpipes
m performance(Akrapovic)exhaust w/cf tips, less than 300 miles on this exhaust system.
JB4. 21" adv's not currently on the car.( about 6 k miles, had them on my M6 GC prior to this car) these I could sell separately because I get offers for these locally but with not sell before car.Not in a rush to sell this car just would like to hear what you guys think, thank you Chevy

I would say mid to low 40's with mods, to high 30's without. I just sold mine with 29,900 miles for 40k, after 3 months of trying. The market for these M5's is soft in my opinion. There's a lot out there for sale right now. I think it's definitely think it's a buyers market.

honestly low 30s and you may still have trouble w the salvage title and history. Im in the market and this is my perfect color combo but I would opt for several clean history cars in the low 40s over this. 10k for most I would say in the min you need to discount for this. Not saying the car isn't perfect... but perception is everything once the history has been marked. GLWS or keep it.. its a beautiful car.

You may find a buyer who wants to make it a race car or something... but gonna be a tough sell with or without mods.

$37K with and $30K without...

agreed... salvage is hard to insure. I'm thinking very low $30s either way so better part it out.

This car with mods is worth high 40s based on current sold vehicles. A smart buyer would not pay more than 30k (with mods) .... at the most. The salvage title brings value down by up to 50% regardless of how the status was achieved.

With so many non salvage options out there, the buyer will have the leverage.

I have been monitoring pricing for a while and unfortunately your car is not worth more than mid 30's modded and very low 30's stock. The market is a buyers one now for F10s. Good luck

Very low 30’s stock; a bit higher with mods. These cars are not moving and the salvage title is not desirable to a buyer.

+ 2014s just came out of warranty. Sell for 30k and make 10k on the part out (exhaust/wheels/kw are the big value).

btw, how do you manage without the parking brake?

It's upper 20's stock from what I've been seeing at dealer salvage auctions. Is the car 6MT?
