Hey buddy I just had an e race installed on my f10 m5 the guy put screws and zip tied it my car doesent pull as hard as before how do I apply the window silicon with the screw can u please help me out this is driving me crazy

I plugged them with a plastic screw and then wired the vacuum line shut

Is there a way to code and flash the ECU to disable the exhaust valve module/pump?
