The modding has begun and I'm currently stuck in a decision, 20" BBS FI-R or 21" HRE S204?

I know ultimately the decision is on me but I can't seem to shake the feeling that a 21" may be slightly too large for the F10M5 and if I go with a 20" wheel it will suit the car overall better and will allow for a more aggressive look and better ride comfort. Thoughts? Opinions?

21" HRE

Too many people have the BBS FI variants already imo.

It's BBS FI (not F1)

Yes I don't have an issue locating the tires. I just think I'm going the 21" wheel route this time around.

Sorry man I actually just read my own post and it sounded harsher then I thought, that was not at all my intention at all. I just meant to say that tires aren't really what I was worried about as I have a friend at a tire store and so far he is able to get me those tires. Let's see some pictures of your car I love the FI wheel in general!

my vote is for the BBS FI-R. aesthetics wise 21's would look SWEET! but 20's if you're looking for performance

Perfect finish! Why wouldn't the FI-R work?

It looks as if BBS has built the FI-R with offsets that won't fit the F10 M5. Go to the BBS website to compare the applications for both the FI and FI-R wheels.

That's my one issue with BBS and most vehicle applications: they don't have custom fitments and instead need spacers. I say HRE- get it right the first time with a bad ass custom finish and a hyper aggressive fitment.

Didn't know that about the BBS so definitely HRE's with an aggressive fitment that way no need for spacers
