my wife would kill me if I went for e race and we then took the kids out for a road-trip in the UK or across Europe. maybe she would leave me....
I've decided to go with the resonated center pipe and race axleback.

I think that will have no drone.

I think I have changed my mind over this than anything else in recent months... I too think I will NOW go down the resonated centre pipe with race rear exhaust...

the Eisenmann guys has said this following me asking about go the Akra route as I feel E Race exhaust will be drony:-
---------
I’m very surprised at the feed back you seem to have got on the Eisenmann, as quite contrary to our own experience. Just in case, you should go by UK / European Eisenmann customer feedback and not American, USA cars are built a little different and thus sound different
--------------

not sure how different US cars are compared to EU cars as far as build goes?? apart from the steering wheel being on the wrong side

Very interesting.. was it too loud as an exhaust, or just too much drone?
I had only slip on (not full). laudness was ok, as for Race, that was fine, bu drone was killing children and wife. Also for my, for daily drive it was to laud and drone. Especially in 1500-2200 RPM (so if You are driving to work, some traffics, lights - it it for all time). On highway, after 120/130 km/h was quite ok, loud, but acceptable.

Are @m5essex and @shahano under 30 years old?

If yes you guys will be fine (wife and kids won't however). If no you will be removing it in the future.

Where is everyone ordering their eisenmann exhausts from. Just for the rear section i am getting quoted $3900. I also plan on doing catkess DP's after the exhaust. Anyone have any experience with the sound that would give off?

Hi, sorry for a late question in this thread.....I am considering this set up, is it Sport mufflers with center pipes (non resonated)...? Or also with DP`s...?
