Yes, they suck big time. It's just ridiculous for the dealer to have an owner tell them what the correct oil spec should be.

Let me get this straight... You are swapping out parts designed by some of the top engineers in the world because some guys sponsored by a company told you it's "better??" But when you ask the same guy about tracking, "oh no, I have a kid now" or "I just detailed my car." or "i just got new tires."

Honestly I don't think anything will happen to the engine, but you should get the right Oil in there... The oil the got you is a thicker one... you don't need that it's a brand new Deutsche Teknik Engine

Reading from my work order this is the right oil :

Castrol BMW LL04 0W30
