Ride in a "Tuned M5" and you will only see it's rear.

I had an R35 GTR in Japan a few years ago and have always missed it. Just picked up my 2014 M5 ZCP yesterday and can't wait to get through the break in period to form my own judgments on the comparison between the two. Frankly if the M5 is anywhere close to the GTR I'll be thrilled and meanwhile it's a lot more practical as a daily driver. GTR was OK for that but the transmission tunnel and trunk became very hot with spirited driving, and with no air vents in the back my kids easily got car sick (maybe also my hard driving !). However one area where the GTR would win hands down is the brakes which were fantastic. No fade even after multiple laps of Fuji Speedway....I doubt the M5 will match that.

Not sure that saying a tuned car is faster than a stock car is a point of pride

I agree with the OP. We all know a stock M5 is making over 600hp. What these cars need is less weight and more traction. Even Pro Drivers have said that it has too much power and torque for the chassis. I'm not even sure I want a tune for more power. It seems like it has enough. I've driven over 3,000 miles in the past 6 days in my M5 and it still surprises and astounds me every time I mash on the pedal from both a dead stop and from a roll. Owing to this experience, I think people are really going to enjoy the M4. It won't be as fast as the M5 and M6 but it will feel just a fast in the straight due to the torque and will feel faster in the corners due to the 1,000lbs weight difference.

Yes, the fact that it can haul 4 big guys is nice
I actually had 4 people in my M5 in the other day and It was hard to get a good pull. I did some 40-130 runs and they were shittin bricks. I took a turn going 90mph and had to slam on the brakes cause it was so dark out. Iv'e raced a 600whp shelby and beat him by 1 car length every time, when I had an extra passenger I lossed by a length. 40-130. Off the line I mopped him up every time . So Im kinda fond if you know how to drive your car, or maybe its just broke. Who knows, LOL.

This car is fast as shit. Every time Im driving it I literally feel like Im going to die. On public roads I find myself cruising at 70MPH, on highways you can cruise on 100 and it literally feels like your going 75MPH.

I gave you the wrong address for a start
They found the wheels for me.I looked for them and did not find them.
Phone DAVE at the site and he can give you some info, remember they do not come with TPMS Valve/sensors, I have not had an answer as to weather these can be fitted or not.
BMW say I will get the "yellow" TPMS light showing as the system can't read whats not there, I will just do what everyone else would do without TPMS, and check the tyres every trip.

We never had or needed this system in years gone by.

You were so lucky, they hide up slip roads around here, so you can't see them till you are in there sites.
I keep a strong look out up here.

600+ for sure, I raced my R8GT (560, AWD) the other day and even with MT I stayed with it just fine.
