My THEOREM is:
I believe being lowered with springs and coilovers without shocks and car probably has WORSE TRACTION leading to false perversely good perception of more power but probably worse numbers

I have method to my madness
Dealership confirmed that car drives unusually fast but failed to prove any evidence of gross DME tampering or piggy backs!
And th have no explanation why it feels faster!

My friend has 7 series and test drove my other M5's before too and liked them but never giggled! When he test drove this one all he said was "Gosh, I am glad I don't have one!!!"

Did it get slower after the dealer reflashed it?
What did the dealer do to verify DME was not tampered with? There are two ways to work with this DME. One is to open it up... if done well its sort of hard to tell until you actually open it up again. Other way is to drill holes... which is more obvious.

Either way if its fast and it IS stock... then time for a tune :-)
