What is included in the 5995 due at signing? First month, acquisition fee, dmv fee? Does the payment include tax?

For a 102k sales price and 110k MSRP with 64% residual and MF 0.0013 your monthly payment will be ~1100 + tax ... your due at signing will be around 3000 including the first month + registration + acquisition + other fees

So with a msrp of 108,395 and a MF of 0.00135 with 5900 at signing he is saying 1192.

There are no hidden cost in that deal. Is this for a 2016 model? 8.3% off is decent for a current model car.

However i would see if there are any left over 2015 M5's on any dealer lots, that is where the huge saving will be, if they can still be leased.

For example i purchased my 2014 M5 in February of 2015. I was able to get around 20% off. My lease payment is 765/month on a 115k MSRP car. That is with only the 1st payment, dmv, and dealer fees. I did NOT do any MSD's.

Yes 2016 model. I always hear people say its better to lease the newer car instead of older ones. How true is that? Because of residual..

i'm in florida. ordering the car from a dealer in cali. my guy is selling is below invoice (or so he claimed)

i don't really care, my monthly payment is where i want it to be, and it's a custom color.. and good thing i waited for the month of april, residual went up 3% for the 3 yr 10k m5.

I'm think i'm going to hammer out this deal tommorow and get it off my chest, i've been contemplating this lease thing for weeks now. It's my first lease. I'll probably never buy new again, and have never purchased a new car, but i figured why not once?

shoot me a text. nine five four two three five three on seven seven. he is a great guy to work with.

Found a guy with a 2015 at Bmw in Dublin Ohio. They refused to go any lower than 105k on a discount. Told them good luck and to call me when they want to be realistic.

Haha yeah told me that 13k off is a steal. The minute I pull off the lot the car is worth 80 maybe.

Nice deal in the 14. What state are you in? Trying to do something similar with the 15s but NY keeps screwing me on taxes.

There's another big barrier to matching that guy's deal on 15s - the MF and residual on 36/10 lease is terrible on 2015s. He had a great MF and residual was still 60% when he purchased. Right now, 2015s are quoted at .00175 and 57%.
