Looks like that M5 Jahre Cosmos was trying to sell over the last yr(+), recently auctioned, found its way to Ultimo MotorSports:

It's a 105 to 110 car. We will see it sit for months and then go to auction. There are 3 currently for sale out there. One in Reno for 160, one on eBay at 180 and this one.

I think most fail to realize it's still a brand new car with 40 miles. We aren't talking used prices here. Sure, it's a 2015, but it will still command a new car price. I'm sure there are buyers out there willing to pay $120k. The dealer will most likely break even.
