Lease turn in question

Folks - I have my F10 lease turn in. When I first got the car, I swapped out the comp wheels with the "better" non forged ones - OEM.

My wife forced me to get rid of the comp wheels. Will I get dinged at lease turn in for not having like for like wheels?

You'll get dinged just like you would a regular trade in.

The Comp wheels are the ones that aren't forged. The 343m's ARE. Since you put a stock type wheel on the car, maybe they won't notice!

Correct; I swapped out the comp wheels with the 343M which I think is 100% better looking.

give me a break. they will not inspect the wheels that far in depth.

My point was that it doesn't matter if you're financing or leasing. Trade-ins are appraised the same way.
