14 M5 DCT Lease Transfer $955
I'm handing $3,000 down, to make this the cheapest lease you'll find. The car is loaded, and very well taken care of. You're welcome to more pictures and your own inspection. Car has 12K on it now, 24K left miles wise. With incentive, monthlies are $955. Residual at end is $67,755 MSRP is $112,925. Buyout as of April 1st is $90, 255. I'd provide $3000 incentive for a buyout as well if anyone wants it. Space Gray / Full Merino Leather Black / Anthracite Wood Trim / DCT Packages: Executive / Lighting / Driver's Assistant (all except competition) Options: 20" 343M Wheels, B&O Turner Exhaust (will send along originals in trunk in a box) Coded by Alex@Alpine Tinted Windows 2015 Nav Maps already loaded. Since stock, them I've added 5 window tint and Turner Exhaust. The originals come with the car. More Pictures are in following posts. Thanks!

it looks like you have driver's assistant pkg as well.
(HUD, lane departure, top/side view camera etc.) This maybe more accurate list of packages/options: Space Gray / Full Merino Leather Black / Anthracite Wood Trim / DCT Packages: Executive / Lighting / Driver's Assistant (all except competition) Options: 20" 343M Wheels, B&O

I'd take it if it was local (NYC). It's a good deal.
It's not my color preference, but it would save me the down payment ($2k) from buying new. However, adding the transfer fee ($500) plus transport ($800 probably), we're getting close to ordering a new one built to my liking. Just sharing my thoughts about the deal. Again, good deal for someone local and it should go quick.

So checkout the lease payment for new M5. Your maybe surprised. And better off taking over someone else lease for their 2014 low mile LCI models.

2015 M5 with a $98xxxk MSRP: 39 Month Lease - 10k Miles - $1,111 /mo including 8.875% tax Aprox $1,800 total out of pocket (Cash due at signing) European Delivery - a bit less out of pocket and $979 a month. I don't care for additional options, especially if I have to pay them each month for something I don't care about... so the cheaper monthly payment works for me. Others might like a more loaded M5 and willing to pay $100+ more a month.

Not that it matters to me if you take my car or not, but you are comparing a 39 month 10K a year lease to a 36 Month, 12k a year lease, in addition to a car with 14K more in options. So yes, of course you can get one cheaper by a little bit, but you aren't exactly looking at the same vehicle, and the difference is steep between the cars option wise.
As you said, you don't care about some options, so the cheaper car would work out fine for you. Not by much though. Car1 $1111 for 10K a year, w/1800 down for 39 months on a 98K car (avg month cost -$1157) Car2 $1165 for 12K a year w/ 1300 down (500 transfer + shipping) for 30 months on a 112K car. (avg month cost - $1197) That's a $40 a month spread(or $480 more a year), and includes 2000 more miles a year. If you added just the 2K miles to the 10K a year lease at .17c a mile, that's $340 a year in miles. So, yeah, the 1st car is cheaper now by $15 a month, or exactly $180 less per year for you to get the 10K a year 2015 with almost no options versus a 2014 with 20" wheels, B&O, Full Leather, Led lights and Drivers Assist Plus Package. Which one is a better deal really? For you , you may not like any options, and you won't drive 12K a year, so it's probably worth saving the $15 a month. I'm still unsure on letting it go since it is a good deal and I love the car. Haven't bothered listing it anywhere yet.

This is a solid deal. FYI I'm in Fresno and I sold both my 2013 and 2014 M5s to San Jose buyers. You have a safe color combo and you're in a great market for the M5. GLWS!

It's around 96K, so it's really a better deal I think for lease owners.

Okay, This is no longer a feeler.
Car is up for lease transfer now. I also did window tint at a good shop in Fremont, and the car is coded, and has the 2015 maps. I've edited that into the main post.

This is such great deal for an LCI with 36k miles and no down (or MSD requirement). I can't believe you still have it...

Well,
I guess it's really only up for sale starting today. Before I wasn't quite sure. One guy on the forum said he wanted it, came to see it, liked it, but backed out. Since I was going to transfer it to him, I guess in my mind I am ready to sell it, so now it's up for sale/transfer.
