Service book - UK Owners
Picked up my new M5 last week - when i collected i noticed there was no service book in the folder. Was told BMW no longer supply these. All service work is captured and stored on their computers. Does this sound right? It doesn't feel right!

Owners manual? It should be in your glove or trunk. Maybe check under the storage flap in the trunk.

Bmw told me the exact same thing said to me once your cars goes in to one dealer ship for a service every other one will have access to see what work has been carried out on the car.

This only works while you have bmw service. What happens when it gets older and you want a non franchised specialist service.
Or when you want to sell how do you evidence the history. |
