The M5 badge on what sounds like a 520i/d (which is I think the smallest engine BMW puts in a 5-series worldwide) is pretty fail.

So popular in Asian countries. They don't respect copyright or intellectual property. There was some guy who converted his base model 5er to M5 clone. LinhPerfume or something. They blame it on the high price of cars in those markets.

If you can't afford the real thing, don't be a poser and try to fake it. I hope someone rips the badge off the car and takes some of the wrap with it.

tastes differ. i see a lot of posted pics of "real" m5's with very expensive and equally abhorrent mods. if wrapping his car brought him joy, good for him. mod and let mod.
