I heard the Dinan were pretty stiff and rough on the streets. Any truth to this? Im leaning towards the KW HAS as well.

My KW HAS is also smooth at 1.25" front and 1" rear lowered height.

Might want to upgrade to V3's when I do swaybars!

In my opinion the KW V3 suspension is worth the expense. The shock action is so much better than the stock BMW shocks, and because of that I wonder if the spring rate for the V3 is slightly more stiff than that for the HAS kit? I wanted to maintain as much suspension travel as possible and only dropped the ride height a little over 1/2".

I used the same ride height that I had when I was using my HR Springs. I never had a problem w Hr and always knew kw was better. To me stock was good, Hr better and kw best. I don't miss pushing shock buttons as mine was always in mid position all times unless driving in Mexico. I don't know if the has is as stiff as v3 but it also is a good shock. I just wanted to go big and not waste any more money. Only issue I do have is trying to find a competent guy to align as Bmw did a shit job last time. Overall I'm totally satisfied w these shocks and going over bumps is so smooth compared to shock.

Brian, check out Drivers Source on Memorial for the alignment. They did a great job on my M4.
