DTC 120408 might be the cause of your RPM limit and lack of boost.

I'd inspect your intake tubing. you may have blown a boot off.

very good... I am having problems with the trans. torque limiter.. if I drop gear in automatic on full throttle.. the trans closes the throttle to like 40% and progressively open up... this info was logged by my tuner... so I don't know what to do to improve this problems

What do you mean drop a gear at WOT.... downshift?

How do you know it's the trans doing this - what are your torque limits? Is boost going over target

It's the common 5-7 Gear rod fault. It's very common in these cars modded/stock.
Car essentially overshoots from 4th to 6th gear and 5th goes missing lol

And if you have a severe case like ..me. You will get this along with drivetrain and codes lolZ we shall see what issue is this soon though

Yes I know the issue very well - had it and changed my trans as a result. Didn't realize he was referring to that.

The rod 5-7 happens when redlining 4th and going into 5th in S3 mostly although mine got to a point it did it every time even with stock flash. SSP has the old trans and is helping figure it out.

It will happen to everyone with a tune eventually - maybe even stock cars if driven aggressively!

After you repair your BMS JB4 board if the Pressure Sensor fault codes return, there is a test you can do to see if 1 of your 4 pressure sensors are at fault.
These are failing on stock and modified cars.
2 intercooler sensors and 2 sensors in the intake manifold. They give the same fault description that you are getting : Charging Pressure
