Anyone have the June rates yet for both the 2014 F10 M5 and 2015 F10 M5? Thanks!

Awesome. Are these for both '15 and '14 models? Thanks for confirming in advance. Getting ready to pull the trigger soon...

Does anyone know if the base money factor is set by BMW and if it changes based on your credit score or the model in consideration? For example, I know the base mf is currently .00113. I also know that it can be lowered with multiple security deposits. Can it also be lowered if the buyer has a credit score close to 800 and very low debt to income ratio? Just curious since the loan interest rates change based on the buyers financials. Thanks.

I believe the rate is set for specific car for specific month.
It's either meeting their requirement to be approved or not.
Not much variation by individual factors within BMW FS.

Do you think the 14`s will maintain similar rates as we get closer to the end of the year? I'm considering purchasing one around December.

If you can find a 14 in december I can't say there will or wont be any come december.

Rates and incentive usually get strong around winter bc of the holiday push but there is no way of knowing what BMWFS will do as you can understand.

agree. 2015s are set to roll out to dealerships in aug. its will be hard to find a new 2014 by december. another way to think is that dealership might offer more discounts on 2014 now to clear space for a 2015? juss sayin

I just spoke with a dealership in nc. They said they could pull m5s from other dealerships around the country and that there are ~60 2014s left. I also asked how long BMWFS would support leasing 2014 m5s and she said until July 2014. That really sucks if it's true. I was planning on getting one around the end of the year in hopes of negotiating a really good % off msrp.

It's possible that she told me that the 14s would only be supported through July due to the whole 60-90 lease rate lockdown time frames. After further consideration, I can't see how a car company could not support leasing a vehicle during its current model year (2014s in dec 2014) regardless of the ability to order new 2015s. I'll keep you posted.

If you’re waiting until December like myself, why don't you just get a 15 around that time they discounts are better than the summer time since less people normally buy around then.

If I am not leasing, what's the June best loan rate from BMW Finance? I was quoted 3.19% for a 60 term.

If you need better try td auto loan.

Or go to local credit union.

I got loans from 0.9 to about 4 apr depending on which credit reporting agency the bank uses.

Bmw financial uses equifax, mercedes uses trans union
Amex uses experian

Hope it helps

680 from equifax. This is regular FICO.
Not FAKO(THE ONE THAT YOU GET FROM CREDIT CARMA ETC, or you buy on "consumer" base like on the website my credit report.com)

Be careful dealer may be using "auto enhanced fico" or just regal fico.

Just ask fiance director, because salesman will look at you like you have some kind of issue. (or like you are from Mars)

Do you know your equifax score?

Yep. I pulled an all-3-reporting-agengy report from myfico.com a few months ago. So I guess thats a real legit FICO score.... ?

Good job!

myfico.com uses Beacon 5.0 and thats equifax FICO score that everyone uses now these days. myfico.com it's owned by equifax.....

Now,

Your trans union form myfico.com is not FICO score ---> its FACO score
Your experian is not FICO on that report---> Its FACO

So to get real trans union you need to order report from trans union website or you can get it from Discover credit card statement, or wal-mart credit card statement.

Experian FICO is impossible to get from a consumer side. You need to apply for Amex and than you will see it. Or a mortgage, etc....

So the only way you can be off it if dealer uses FICO auto enhanced, you cant really know what score you will have because consumers don't have access to this.

The only difference is for auto enhanced if you had a lot of auto loans than it will boost your score if you were late on auto it will penalize you more.
